My name is Laura Jennings, I am 33 years old, I am an educator (M. Ed.) and, first and foremost, I am a mom of three wonderful children, two of whom-twins-live with specific learning disabilities (SLDs).

For a long time, I experienced moments of deep frustration: I could not get my daughters to understand concepts that seemed simple to other children, and I felt that our relationship was cracking. It was not their fault, nor was it mine. But one thing was clear: we needed the right method for their needs.

With the attention and support of their teachers, we finally discovered the nature of their difficulties. From there began a journey of listening, studying and focused work, which led us to amazing results. My daughters began to regain confidence, better understand the world around them, and build a new way of learning.

From this experience, Lean on Leans was born: a project created from the heart and with a team of professionals, to support families, teachers and educators. Our goal is only one: to simplify educational work and promote children's well-being and integration with concrete, tested and inclusive tools.

Because every child has the right to learn in the way that works for them.
